These calfskins are the actual ones you will be receiving. Because of this, there is only one of each of these. As a result, you will not be able to purchase multiple quantities of these products.
Our calf skins come from Brazil, the country that unquestionably produces the finest quality calfskins in the world. These calfskins can be in this closeout category for any one of several different reasons. In some cases, we may simply have too many of them. On the other hand, some may not be as soft as others while still others may have more than the usual amount of marks, patching, seams or sewing in them. Still others may not be as thick or may have an unusual shape to them.
These calfskins are perfect for the person who wants the "look" of a calfskin but just doesn't want to spend the extra money that they would normally cost. At the same time, please don't think that these are defective to the point where they would not be any different from the calfskins found in stores. Any one of these could easily be the EXACT SAME calfskin that you would find in a store costing much more. Stores simply do not have hundreds of calfskins to choose from that we do.
(The measurements below indicate the absolute widest and longest dimensions...they do not represent a solid piece with these sizes since all skins will taper in from the sides. In other words, the height is measured from the very top to the very bottom and the width is measured from side to side at the widest point.)
