These hides are as flawless as you will find. They represent less than 1% of all cowhides. That having been said, there will still almost always be someone on even these hides that indicate that it is still a real animal hide.
When processing cowhides in general, almost every single hide will either have tears or rips that have to be sewn or holes that have to be patched. The hides in this category will have none of these. Not only that but these hides have all been hand-cut to make the shape and look of the hide as pleasing as possible. Hides of this quality are rarely ever seen in stores and could easily cost at least $500-$800.
