of the calf skins listed below are the actual calf
skin we ship. Because of this, it is not possible
to order more than one of that same calfskin. But
we do offer similar looking calfskins so you can
just order separately or ask us to find a similar
looking one.
Calf Skins from Home Decor International come from
Brazil, unquestionably the world's finest, quality
calf skin producer. Our Calfskins measure from
2x3-3x3.5 feet, the leather of each calfskin is very
supple and soft, unlike other calfskins found on the
market today. Also, our calf skin line of products
have never had tanning solutions used on them so
they do not have the odor that many other calf skins
normally have from other suppliers.

*NOTE that THE WRINKLES in many of the calfskins are from having been tightly boxed up for over 6 weeks as they come in by boat from South America. Most, if not all of these wrinkles, will come out over time once the calfskin is laid out in your home.)
Please understand that, as with almost all natural full sized cowhides, most calfskins will have some indications that they are natural animal skins. This can be indicated by marks, scrapes and even an occasional small hole, cut or bare spot. These are not defects, but simply indications that one is dealing with natural animal products.
Since calfskins are thinner than full cowhides, they are easily trimmed into any shape that you wish, as most of ours have been. Concerning product care, our calfskins are very easily cared for...simple soap and water on a sponge will handle most situations. They can also be vacuumed.
(The measurements below indicate the absolute widest and longest dimensions...they do not represent a solid piece with these sizes since all skins will taper in from the sides. In other words, the height is measured from the very top to the very bottom and the width is measured from side to side at the widest point.)
