Custom Orders
We can make any size cowhide or sheepskin rug that you would like. We make more custom rugs than anyone else on the Internet, and probably in the entire Country. Actually, we don't even know another company who makes more than an occasional one. We generally have at least one and usually 2 or three being made at any given time.
We recently finished 3 large cowhide rugs for a man in Switzerland. We also recently finished a breathtaking, "champagne" naturally-shaped New Zealand lambskin rug for a San Diego customer. He wanted it exactly 52" x 104".
He wanted it to go under an imported Italian leather chair along with a beautiful marble "custom-designed" chess set. The setting was like something right out of "Home and Garden".
Cost
As can be expected, custom orders are extremely labor and time intensive. and thus are quite costly. However, our prices can still be 30-40% less than what you can find in stores, assuming you can even find someone to make one.
Concerning payments, we require a non refundable 65% down payment of the total cost. The remaining balance is due when we are ready to ship.

Refund Policy For Custom Rugs
Since custom rugs are made to order in a particular size and color, there can be no refunds or exchanges once production starts. Our guarantee to you is that your rug or bedspread will be of superior quality made by expert craftsmen and easily within the color range that we have agreed on.
Again, once we begin actual production, there will be no refund. However, one can cancel their order up to the point that we begin gathering the hides or skins. Up to this time, a customer can cancel their order and only pay a 15% pre-production fee.
