cow hide
rugs. It is commonly known that a
Brazilian cow hide is, without question, the softest, finest quality
cow hide rug in the world. While some people will use their
cow hide as wall hangings, many more will use these same
cowhides for functional but decorative cowhide
rugs. Our cow hides are available in either full, “natural shaped” cowhides or in a variety of patterned,
"rectangular shaped" cow hides. We can also have South America's finest
cowhide craftsmen "custom make" any size and any color
cow hide rug that you wish. Each custom cowhide rug is made up of either 10" or 16" rectangular
cow hide squares.
Secondly, we carry many beautiful sheepskin and alpaca fur rugs for those looking to add a sense of elegance to their surroundings. Sheepskins and alpacas make for stunning accent pieces. Thirdly, we handle plush
acrylic mink blankets, in over 6 colors and in at least 30 different animal designs including animal prints, leopards, zebras, tigers, wolves, black panthers, frogs, dolphins, and many, many more. Finally, we have a line of
decorative area rugs with 20 of the exact same designs.
Unfortunately, words and pictures are woefully inadequate in revealing how beautiful each one of these items truly is: from a

Korean mink blanket, you will find each one of our products to be a wonderful addition to your home. You simply must "experience" these products for yourselves to fully appreciate what we are saying.
We have Been in Business for Over 18 Years!
Fur Rugs and Mink Blankets International has been selling the world's finest
sheepskin and alpaca fur rugs for over eighteen years. We started selling Brazilian cowhides over 10 years ago. During this time, we have bought from nearly every major sheepskin and alpaca fur rug supplier. Not only have we found those suppliers with the best quality sheepskin and alpaca fur rugs, but we have also found those suppliers with the best prices!
In addition to our long standing fur rug lines, we have carried the highest quality
acrylic mink blankets for over 5 years. Just recently, we have added a complete line of
Brazilian cowhides and cowhide products.
Our New Mink Blanket Lines
We have recently added over 40 different acrylic "mink" blankets made out of some of the softest acrylic in the world! We have the finest mink blankets from Korea, China and the Middle East.
"Mink" blankets are not all created equal! Most companies will not pay a little extra for the superior quality blankets that we primarily have. As a result the vast majority of mink blankets found on line are low quality blankets. Most low quality blankets will not look or feel nice after they are washed multiple times. Ours will look like new even after many, many washings!
Soon, we will also have what we call an "economy" line that will cost about 25-30% less than our "premium" lines. However, our "economy" blankets are and will be far superior than what most companies sell as their best quality blankets.

By-products of the Food Industry
All of our sheepskin and alpaca fur rugs and bedspreads are either by-products of the food industry or have come from animals that have died naturally. None of our products ever come from animals that have been killed strictly for their fur or wool.
Our Furs are Divided into Four Categories
Specifically, we have New Zealand and Australian sheepskin rugs and bedspreads, alpaca fur rugs and bedspreads, and hand-crafted South American sheepskin rugs.
New Zealand "Natural Shaped" and "Rectangular"
Sheepskin Rugs and Bedspreads
Our "natural-shaped" and "rectangular" rugs and bedspreads are made out of New Zealand and Australian sheepskins and lambskins. These are unquestionably some of the thickest, softest, most luxurious sheepskin rugs and bedspreads one will find anywhere.
Each sheepskin makes for a breathtaking fur area rug or fireplace rug. In addition, large ones make for fabulous sheepskin bedspreads or couch throws!
Sitting or lying on one is unforgettable!
Alpaca Fur Rugs and Bedspreads
As with all of our fur rugs, pictures are woefully inadequate in revealing
how luxurious these magnificent alpaca fur rugs and bedspreads actually are.
Our alpaca rugs include 10 different "solid colored" alpaca fur rugs and bedspreads along with over 10 different animal and geometric designs.
Alpaca fur (or wool) comes from the alpaca animal, which lives 14,000 feet up in the Andes Mountains of South America, making it one of the highest living animals. This fur is known to be some of the softest, most luxurious fur in the entire world! It's incredible softness truly defies description! In additions it is also one of the warmest natural fibers in the world.

Even though Korea and China make some high end blankets (we carry many of them) the vast majority of Korean and Chinese "mink" blankets cannot compare with our blankets. Neither can Mexico's San Marcos or Novatex blankets nor blankets from
Ibena, Beiderlack or Fingerhut compare overall to our blankets in quality and designs.
