When will My Order Ship?
Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours, unless they are placed Friday through Sunday. In these cases, one needs to add one or two days more. This of course depends on whether or not we have the item in stock and when of course, we receive your order.
If by chance we feel that we can’t ship it within this time, we will either call or notify you by email.
How Do You Ship My Order?
Unless other arrangements are made, we ship all packages by “UPS ground”. However, if you prefer, we can ship “UPS Overnight”, “UPS 3rd Day Air” or “UPS Second Day Air”.

Most items will have the shipping rate by their picture in the shopping cart or in the “product information” at the top of each shopping cart category.
There isn’t a hard and fast rule in determining the shipping. Generally, it depends on the product line and the cost of that item.
Your privacy is very important to us. We will never violate a customer’s trust by misusing their private information.
We feel that nothing is more irritating than getting unsolicited “junk” mail. Therefore, please rest assured that we will never give, rent, or sell your name, address, or email address to anyone or any organization.
At sometime in the future we may ask our customers whether or not they would like to receive “updates” or information concerning “product specials”. Any customer who indicates that they do not will never hear from us again!
The only other time you will hear from us would be if there were a problem with your order. We would then either call or email you concerning it.
Photo Submission Policy
Home Décor International, Inc. and its subsidiaries (www.furrugs.com) welcomes the submission of photos of our product in your homes and establishments. Selected images may be used on a non-exclusive basis. Once a photo has been submitted, Home Décor International retains the right to use submitted photos in any advertising and/or promotion it deems suitable. Photos will become part of the Home Décor International photo library. You may be required to sign a release form if photographs contain recognizable people. It is understood that all images and/or content submitted is done so willingly as a customer and Home Décor International assumes no responsibility for submissions.
If for some reason your photo is used and you would like to request it not to be, please email us via the contact section of the website with an accurate description of your photo and your request to remove said photo and we will be happy to address it. There will however, be no liability on the part of Home Décor International for any photo use prior to any such requests as the act of original submission granted us usage rights.

3) Money orders, cashier checks or personal checks are accepted on a limited basis. Please call our toll free number when wanting to send a check or money order.
Using one of these payment methods (check, money order or cashier’s check) will slow the shipping down considerably as we will have to wait 7 to 10 business days for them to clear the banking system.
The answer to this slow “turn around” time would be to pay using a money order purchased at any United States Post Office. These are as good as cash. One is able to cash them immediately at any Post Office in the United States.
You can rest assured that your private information is completely protected from “prying eyes” when using the latest “encryption security technology” found on our shopping cart.
There are two very important ways of knowing if you are ordering merchandise on a “secured” shopping site. These will not appear as you are navigating the site but only when you begin to order your product.
1) When using Internet Explorer:
The all familiar “yellow lock” icon will appear at the bottom right hand corner of the screen.
When using Netscape:
There is a “blue lock” icon in the bottom right hand corner of the screen.
2) Looking at the “URL” in the address bar, there will be an “s” after the “http”.
The “s” will only appear when you are in the “shopping cart” ordering your product. It will not appear as you are navigating the site.
